Provider Services
Centrix believes that the provider community is an essential partner in the effort to provide members with the best experience and outcomes as they navigate the healthcare system. Our system will soon allow you to verify a patient’s plan eligibility, obtain benefit plan information and check claim status any time of the day.
You can access this easy to use system by dialing (800) 585-5965 and following the prompts.
If you prefer to use your computer to obtain this information, you will soon be able to access our Centrix Online web portal. You can click on the link to the right to either register as a new user or login if you are already registered. Once logged in, you have all plan eligibility, benefit plan information and claim status available at your fingertips.
